Located in Aldridge, West Midlands, Mellish is an API Q1 registered and Norsok M-650 AD 4 approved manufacturer. The company holds API 20E and 20F certifications at all levels (BSL 1, 2 and 3) for subsea critical bolting. Mellish manufactures special fasteners and hot-forged bolting to ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO, SAE, ANSI, and API standards, as well as to bespoke customer drawings. Capabilities include hot forging, CNC machining, vertical machining centres, CNC sliding head, thread rolling, grinding, and manual turning. The company is part of Middlemore Fastener Holdings Ltd, having acquired sister company Tipper Engineering in 2010. Mellish serves oil and gas, power generation, nuclear, construction, renewables, and defence industries worldwide.
