National Drilling & Services Company S.A.O.C. (NDSC) is one of the oldest land drilling and workover contractors in the Sultanate of Oman, incorporated in 1990 as a joint venture between the promoters of Galfar Engineering and Forasol. Headquartered in Muscat, NDSC operates a fleet of 19 land drilling and workover rigs across Oman, Kuwait, and the UAE, along with 21 coring rigs in India through its TDMA subsidiary and 8 workover rigs (250 HP to 750 HP) operating in Kuwait through its GNDC affiliate. The company delivers a complete range of well construction to decommissioning services, including rotary drilling operations, workover operations, coring, tubular and casing running services, mud services, fishing operations, well control, and solid control services. Through its UGER Oilfield Rental Solutions division, NDSC provides rental of well control and other drilling equipment, supplying OEM products to meet stringent client standards. NDSC also offers geological and geophysical (seismic) survey services in partnership with specialized providers. With more than 20 years of industry experience, NDSC serves operators across Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, India, and Indonesia, and is pursuing expansion into Algeria and Saudi Arabia.
