PST Pioneer Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing Ltd is an API-certified machine shop based in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai, offering manufacture, repair, and inspection services to the oil industry. The Dubai facility provides full engineering and support including receiving inspection, controlled and managed storage, independent QA/QC inspection services, fully licensed and accredited API machining, licensed premium threading with surface treatment, hard banding, hard facing, and fabrication welding. The CNC machine shop handles components up to 14-inch diameter hollow spindle options. The facility includes 11,000 sqm yard space for storage and 1,800 sqm covered machine shop. PST Pioneer also provides OCTG inspection services and manganese-based phosphate surface treatment by shower or immersion process.
