Superior Cladding (operating as Superior Cladding Products LLC, also branded Superior Cladding and Fabricating Specialties) is a Houston, TX-based weld overlay and fabrication shop founded in 2012 that specializes in GTAW Hot Wire (GTAW-P) cladding. Core services include inlay (EE trim), overlay, bore cladding (HH trim), pipe cladding, and full fabrication, with complementary WPS Development and PWHT / stress relief. Operating from a 21,000 sq ft facility with roughly twenty employees including an on-site welding engineer, the company runs 23 ARC Specialties robotic welders (nine ARC-05PL compact bore systems, three ARC-05P+ frame systems, two ARC-05P+ manipulators with 20-ton / 120 in diameter capacity, three ARC-05 HVT-E elbow cladders, four ARC Tri-Pulse pipe cladders with no length limit up to 42 ft, and two ARC-05i units with 80 in diameter / no weight limit).
