Surbo Tubular Services, Inc., operating as Tubular Services LLC (TSLLC), is the premier independent OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) processor in the Southwest United States. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company has over 45 years of experience serving the oil and gas industry. TSLLC processes tubing and casing ranging from 1.315 inches to 13-3/8 inches O.D. with an annual capacity exceeding 250,000 tons across three facilities. Core services include threading of tubing and casing to API specifications, pipe upsetting with five Ajax upsetters, heat treating to API standards (L80, N80, P110), normalizing, quench and tempering, and hydrostatic testing. The company operates from three Houston-area plants: McCarty Tubing Plant, Jacintoport Casing Plant, and Bear Bayou Casing Heat Treat facility. TSLLC was one of the first end finishers to qualify under the API Q-1 quality management program and maintains a rigorous quality assurance program covering visual inspection, dimensional gauging, thread inspection, coupling make-up verification, and full-length drift testing. The management team has more than 100 years of combined experience in oil country tubulars. Proximity to the Port of Houston provides economic and convenient access for receiving ocean vessel shipments.
