Teddington Engineered Solutions designs, manufactures, and supplies metallic bellows expansion joints, rubber, fabric, and PTFE bellows, metallic flexible hoses, and precision-machined components. Originally founded in 1927 in Teddington, southwest London, the company filed the first UK bellows patent in 1928. During WWII the operation relocated to South Wales to manufacture bellows for British aircraft. The current entity consolidates the capabilities of Teddington Bellows, Brockington & Scott, Vokes GenFlex, and MaxComp. Headquartered in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales, the company employs approximately 70-100 people and exports to over 100 countries, serving more than 1,000 clients across aerospace, defence, oil and gas, power generation, chemical and petrochemical, cryogenic, nuclear, and marine sectors. The company holds ASME U and R stamps, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Fit For Nuclear accreditation, and is a leading member of the Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association (EJMA). In addition to expansion joints and bellows, Teddington provides custom fabrication, advanced welding, CNC machining, and non-destructive testing services.
