Vallourec Asia Pacific Corp Pte Ltd is a 100% owned subsidiary of Vallourec S.A. (France), incorporated in Singapore in September 2013 to serve the Asia Pacific oil and gas market. Operating from dual Singapore locations — a sales headquarters at 133 New Bridge Road (Chinatown Point) and an accessories threading facility at 6 Marsiling Lane (Woodlands) — the entity manufactures OCTG accessories and performs VAM premium threading services on customer-supplied tubes and components. The Singapore plant was awarded the BHGE Supplier Award Supporting Business Growth in 2019 for excellence in threading services and customer responsiveness. Vallourec Asia Pacific holds API Spec 5B certification for threading casing and tubing, ISO 9001, and API Spec Q1 certifications. The facility supports major OEMs across Southeast Asia with casing accessories, tubing accessories, and threading services using Vallourec's proprietary VAM connection technology. The Singapore hub also acts as the regional sales headquarters for Vallourec's Asia Pacific operations, coordinating with production sites in Indonesia (PT Citra Tubindo), Malaysia, South Korea, India, and Australia.
