ESP Chemical Injection Systems

Packaged units combining a storage tank, metering pump, filtration, and instrumentation that supply and control the chemical feed to the wellhead injection point. Sized for one or more wells and often solar- or instrument-air-powered at remote locations.

Positive-displacement plunger or diaphragm pumps that deliver precise low-volume injection rates against tubing and reservoir pressure. Selected for the required dose rate, discharge pressure, and chemical compatibility.

Small-diameter stainless or carbon-steel control-line tubing, frequently polymer-encapsulated, that carries chemical from surface to the downhole injection point. Banded to the ESP cable and tubing and selected for collapse, burst, and corrosion resistance.

Tubing-mounted mandrels or injection subs that terminate the capillary line and route chemical into the wellstream at or below the ESP intake. Provide a controlled release point so treatment reaches the pump and producing interval.

One-way check valves and metering nozzles at the downhole injection point that admit chemical while blocking backflow of well fluids into the capillary string. Rated for differential pressure and chemical service.

Bands, clamps, and protectors that secure the capillary line and power cable to the production tubing and shield them during run-in and pump operation. Prevent line crushing, abrasion, and separation across joints.

Scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, paraffin and asphaltene dispersants, emulsion breakers, and biocides formulated for continuous downhole injection. Selected for compatibility with produced fluids and ESP elastomers and metallurgy.

Flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, and controllers that verify dose rate and integrate with ESP monitoring and SCADA systems. Enable rate-proportional dosing and alarm on injection loss.
