Gas Lift Systems

Downhole valves that meter injection gas from the casing-tubing annulus into the production tubing. Pressure-operated and injection-pressure-operated (IPO) or production-pressure-operated (PPO) designs open and close based on charged dome, casing, or tubing pressure to control unloading and steady-state injection.

Tubing-run mandrels with an offset pocket that holds a gas lift valve out of the main flow bore, allowing the valve to be installed or retrieved by wireline without pulling tubing. Used in conventional and retrofit gas lift completions.

Tubing-retrievable mandrels in which the gas lift valve is fixed in line with the tubing and is changed only by pulling the tubing string. Selected where wireline-retrievable service is not required.

Solid wireline-set inserts placed in side pocket mandrels to block gas entry at a given depth. Used during well testing, isolation, or to deactivate injection points until live valves are installed.

Slickline service tools that deflect into the side pocket of a mandrel to set or pull gas lift valves and dummies. They enable valve changeouts and reconfiguration without a workover rig.

Mandrels, valves, and accessories rated for elevated injection pressures used in deep, high-rate, or unloading-intensive wells. Designed to extend lift depth and injection volume beyond conventional pressure ratings.

Hybrid systems combining a free-traveling plunger with gas lift to improve liquid recovery and mitigate liquid loading in gassy or declining wells. Includes plungers, bumper springs, and lubricators integrated with gas injection control.

Latches, packing, seals, orifice and check valve assemblies, and running/pulling tools that support installation and maintenance of gas lift valves and mandrels.
