Carbon Steel Continuous Rod
Standard hot-rolled carbon and low-alloy steel continuous rod supplied in API grades for conventional rod-pumped oil wells. It is the most common material for moderate-load, non-corrosive service.
High-Strength Alloy Continuous Rod
Higher-grade alloy steel rod offering increased tensile and fatigue strength for deeper wells, heavier fluid columns, or high stroke-rate applications where standard carbon grades are overstressed.
Corrosion-Resistant Continuous Rod
Continuous rod with chemistry, coatings, or surface treatment suited to wells producing H2S, CO2, or high water cut, intended to resist sour-service cracking and pitting fatigue.
Sized / Multi-Diameter Rod Strings
Tapered continuous-rod strings combining two or more rod diameters along the depth to balance stress and reduce weight, with diameter changes joined by welded transition connections.
Continuous Rod Couplings and Transition Connectors
Connection hardware used to join continuous rod to the polished rod at surface, to the pump at the bottom, and across diameter changes within the string, replacing the many couplings of a conventional string.
Rod Guides and Centralizers
Molded-on or field-installed guides that center the rod within the tubing to reduce rod-on-tubing and coupling wear in deviated or crooked wellbores.
Continuous Rod Service Units and Gripper Equipment
Truck- or trailer-mounted reel units fitted with a gripper/injector head that run, recover, and re-spool the continuous string at the wellsite during installation and pulling operations.
