Composite Frame Screens
Screens built on a molded composite (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) backing frame rather than a steel perforated plate. The composite frame is lighter, corrosion resistant, and repairable, and is common on modern linear-motion shakers.
Steel Frame Screens
Screens bonded to a perforated steel backing plate or rigid steel frame. They offer high rigidity and are used on older and heavy-duty shaker models where a flat, hooked, or pre-tensioned steel base is required.
Hookstrip (Pretensioned) Screens
Flat screen panels with hookstrip edges that are tensioned over the shaker bed and clamped at the sides. The hookstrip design allows field replacement of the screen cloth on tensioning-style shakers.
Pyramid / Corrugated Screens
Screens with a non-flat, ridged or pyramid-shaped surface profile that increases the effective open screening area relative to a flat panel, improving fluid throughput and solids-handling capacity.
Replacement Screens for OEM Shakers
Aftermarket panels dimensioned and labeled to fit specific original-equipment shaker models, supplied as direct-fit alternatives to the manufacturer's branded screens.
Scalping (Coarse) Screens
Coarse-mesh screens with large openings used on a scalping shaker or upper deck to remove the largest cuttings before fluid reaches the finer primary screens.
Fine-Mesh / High-Conductance Screens
Finer-cut, multi-layer screens that achieve a lower D100 separation point for tighter solids removal, often built with high conductance to maintain flow capacity at fine cuts.
