Production Equipment Rental

Hire of two- and three-phase separators and free-water knockouts that split produced fluids into oil, gas, and water streams during flowback, well testing, and early production. Units are typically ASME-coded pressure vessels sized to API 12J separation guidelines.

Rental of line heaters, indirect-fired (bath) heaters, and process heaters used to warm produced fluids, prevent hydrate and freeze-off, and reduce viscosity ahead of separation. Pressure coils and shells are usually ASME Section VIII-rated.

Temporary aboveground tanks, including frac/flowback tanks, vertical production tanks, and double-walled units, for holding produced water, oil, and condensate at the lease. Used where permanent battery tankage is not yet installed or extra capacity is needed.

Packaged spreads of separators, tanks, lubricators, choke and sand management equipment used to clean up and measure a well after stimulation. Supports controlled return of frac fluids and characterization of early flow rates.

High-pressure flowline manifolds, valves, and temporary pipe used to route and commingle well streams between the wellhead and surface equipment. Sized and pressure-rated for the expected flowing and shut-in conditions.

Rented lubricator assemblies and pressure-control stacks that allow wireline, slickline, or coiled-tubing tools to be run into a live well under pressure. Components are pressure-tested and certified to the working pressure of the well.

Mobile diesel and gas generators, power distribution, and tower light plants that supply electricity and area lighting to remote well sites and rig camps not served by grid power.

Short-term hire of flow meters, pressure and temperature recorders, dead-weight testers, and gauges used for well testing, allocation, and custody-transfer verification during temporary operations.
