CT Units

Coiled tubing units in which the reel, power pack, and ancillary equipment are mounted on a road-transportable trailer, with the injector and control cabin rigged up separately at the wellsite. Common for onshore land operations where the spread is moved frequently between wells.

Units integrated onto a single chassis carrying the reel, power pack, and operator cabin for rapid mobilization and minimal rig-up. Typically used for shallower wells, slickline-class interventions, and operations where speed of deployment is prioritized.

Modular, separately skidded reel, power pack, and injector packages designed for crane-lift onto offshore platforms or barges within a limited footprint. Configured to meet offshore zone and lifting requirements where a road trailer cannot be used.

The drive assembly that uses opposing gripper-block chains to push or pull the coiled tubing into and out of the well and to control weight on tools. Rated by maximum pull/snub force and tubing size, and matched to the string and downhole load.

The spooling drum that stores the coiled tubing string under controlled tension, together with its transport trailer, levelwind, and rotary swivel for fluid circulation through the tubing. Sized by reel core diameter and tubing capacity to limit bending fatigue.

The curved tubing support that guides the string from the reel into the vertical injector at a fixed radius, controlling the bend the tubing experiences. Radius is selected for the tubing diameter to manage cyclic fatigue and ovality.

The wellhead-mounted stack including the stripper/packoff for dynamic sealing around moving tubing and the coiled tubing BOP rams (blind, shear, slip, pipe) for primary and emergency well control during live-well intervention.

The operator control station with depth, weight, circulating-pressure, and reel-tension instrumentation, paired with the diesel-hydraulic power pack that drives the injector, reel, and BOP functions. Increasingly include automated and data-logging (E-coil capable) controls.
