Control Valves (Ball / Globe / Butterfly / Check)
Surface valves that start, stop, throttle, or prevent backflow in piping and pressure systems. Ball and butterfly valves give quick on/off isolation, globe valves give fine throttling, and check valves allow flow in one direction only.
Choke Valves (Drilling & Production)
Adjustable or fixed valves that create a controlled pressure drop to regulate flow rate. Drilling chokes manage well control during kicks; production chokes set wellhead flow rate and protect downstream equipment.
Actuators (Electric / Hydraulic)
Powered devices that open, close, or position valves automatically in response to a control signal. Electric actuators use motor drives; hydraulic actuators use pressurized fluid for higher thrust and fail-safe operation.
Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Valves
Fail-safe isolation valves that automatically close a line on a trip signal to stop flow during abnormal or hazardous conditions. They form a core element of plant and wellhead safety-instrumented systems.
Downhole Flow Control Devices (ICD / AICD)
Completion components installed along the production string that balance inflow across a horizontal or long open-hole interval. Inflow control devices (ICDs) apply a fixed restriction; autonomous inflow control devices (AICDs) self-adjust to choke unwanted gas or water.
Diverters & Circulation Valves
Downhole and surface tools that redirect or open flow paths during drilling and completion. Diverters route returns away from the rig floor; circulation valves open a port to allow fluid circulation without pulling the string.
Downhole Isolation Plugs
Plugs that seal off a section of the wellbore for testing, stimulation, or abandonment. Bridge plugs isolate across the bore; blanking plugs seal a landing nipple or side-pocket profile.
Expansion Joints & Flexible Connectors
Components that absorb thermal movement, vibration, and misalignment between sections of piping or ducting. Includes ducting expansion joints and flexible pipe connectors used in flow and circulation systems.
Flow Measurement Equipment
Instruments and metering devices that measure the rate or quantity of fluid moving through a line. Used for production accounting, allocation, and process control.
