BTEX Eliminator

Air- or liquid-cooled condensers installed on the TEG regenerator overhead to condense water and recoverable BTEX/aromatic hydrocarbons from the still-vent stream. Condensed hydrocarbon is separated and recovered while non-condensables are routed to further control.

Pressure vessels placed on the rich-glycol line ahead of the reboiler to flash off entrained methane and light VOCs at reduced pressure. The recovered flash gas can be used as fuel or sent to a control device, cutting the BTEX load reaching the regenerator vent.

Compressor-based packages that collect low-pressure VOC and BTEX vapors from storage tanks, flash separators, and still vents and return them to the gas-gathering or fuel system. They enable hydrocarbon recovery rather than destruction, reducing both emissions and product loss.

Enclosed-flame combustion devices that destroy BTEX and VOC vapors at controlled high temperature with high destruction-and-removal efficiency. They are used where vapors cannot be economically recovered, providing smokeless, low-visibility combustion compared with an open flare.

Equipment that captures BTEX-bearing flash and working/standing losses from condensate and produced-water storage tanks, including pressure-vacuum vent valves, tank manifolds, and the ducting that routes vapors to a VRU or combustor.

Separation skids that knock out and collect condensed BTEX hydrocarbons from cooled vent streams, returning saleable liquids to storage or the process. They protect downstream combustion or recovery equipment from liquid carryover.

Activated-carbon or adsorbent-media systems that capture residual VOC and BTEX vapors from low-concentration vent streams for polishing or as a standalone control. Saturated media is regenerated or replaced on a service schedule.
