Sump Tanks

Carbon-steel welded or bolted vessels for general collection of produced liquids, drains, and slop streams at battery and wellsite locations. Favored where mechanical strength, repairability, and resistance to physical damage are priorities.

Glass-reinforced plastic tanks selected for corrosion resistance in produced-water, brine, and chemically aggressive service. Lighter than steel and well suited to buried or below-grade collection.

Tanks installed underground at the low point of a gravity drain system to collect flow from process and containment drains. Used where surface space is limited or where collection must occur beneath equipment skids.

Atmospheric vessels with an open or loosely covered top that receive flushed lines, equipment drains, and area washdown. Typically the simplest configuration for non-volatile, low-hazard liquid collection.

Collection tanks supplied as a package with a submersible or vertical sump pump and level controls that automatically evacuate accumulated liquid. Returns recovered hydrocarbons to process and sends water to disposal or treatment.

Sumps positioned within or beneath secondary containment to capture rainwater and incidental spills from tank batteries and process areas. Allow operators to gauge and remove collected liquid before discharge decisions.

Steel tanks fitted with internal coatings or liners to resist corrosion and abrasion from produced water, solids, and chemicals. Extends service life of metallic vessels in harsh fluid environments.
