Cooling Systems

Engine-mounted or skid-mounted radiator cores, often combined with charge-air and oil cooling in a single multi-circuit unit, that reject jacket-water and ancillary heat through a fan-driven finned core. Sized to specific engine models such as Cat 3512 and Cummins QSK50/QSK60.

Liquid-to-liquid or air-cooled exchangers that hold engine and transmission lubricating-oil temperature within operating limits. Used on pump drive trains where oil viscosity and film strength depend on stable temperature.

Air-oil or water-oil coolers that remove heat from hydraulic power circuits driving pump controls, blender systems, and auxiliaries. Prevent fluid breakdown and seal damage caused by elevated hydraulic temperatures.

Finned-tube exchangers with a dedicated fan that cool oil using ambient air rather than a separate coolant loop. Favored on mobile spreads where a self-contained, water-free cooler simplifies the package.

Liquid-to-liquid exchangers that transfer heat between two fluid streams, such as jacket water to a process or cooling-water loop. Built and rated to TEMA and ASME Section VIII for the pressure-containing side.

Evaporative units that reject heat from a circulating water loop to the atmosphere at stationary facilities and gas plants. Used where a continuous cooling-water supply serves multiple pumps or process loads.

Submerged tube bundles installed in a sea chest or coolant box that reject heat directly to surrounding water without an external pump or tower. Common on offshore and marine pumping installations.

Hydraulic, electric, or belt-driven fans and their controls that force air across radiator and oil-cooler cores. Variable-speed or thermostatic drives modulate airflow to maintain temperature and reduce parasitic load.
