Diaphragm Pumps

Pneumatically driven pumps with two diaphragms linked by a common shaft and an air distribution valve that alternates pressure between chambers, producing seal-less, self-priming transfer that can run dry and dead-head without damage. Widely used for transferring abrasive, viscous, or solids-laden fluids at well sites and plants.

Controlled-volume pumps in which a cam or eccentric directly displaces the diaphragm to deliver precise, repeatable dosing of treatment chemicals. Simpler and lower-cost than hydraulic types but generally limited to lower discharge pressures.

Metering pumps that use a hydraulic fluid behind the diaphragm to balance process pressure, enabling high discharge pressures and high accuracy for chemical injection. Backed by contour plates and diaphragm-rupture detection for safe high-pressure dosing.

Compact metering pumps in which an electromagnetic solenoid pulses the diaphragm, with stroke length and frequency setting the dose rate. Suited to low-flow, intermittent injection of inhibitors and biocides.

Diaphragm metering pumps in which the actuator drives the discharge stroke and a return spring performs the suction stroke. The spring-loaded single-acting design simplifies the drive and supports consistent low-volume dosing.

Two-head diaphragm pumps driven from a common drive to deliver higher combined flow or smoother, lower-pulsation output than a single head. Used where greater capacity or reduced flow variation is required.

Diaphragm pumps fitted with ceramic check-valve balls and seats for wear and chemical-attack resistance. Selected for abrasive slurries and aggressive chemicals that would erode metal or elastomer valve trim.
