Frac Iron Gate Valves

Gate valves built to API Specification 6A for wellhead and Christmas tree service, rated for high pressures and sour conditions at the wellsite. Typically slab-gate, full-bore designs with reverse-acting or floating-seat sealing.

Bolted-bonnet, outside-screw-and-yoke gate valves to API 600 in cast carbon and alloy steel, used for general isolation duty in process and refinery piping. Commonly wedge-gate with flanged or butt-welding ends.

Compact forged-steel gate valves to API 602, generally in smaller bore sizes for instrument, drain, vent, and small-line isolation. Available with socket-weld, threaded, butt-weld, or flanged ends.

Corrosion-resistant cast gate valves to API 603, intended for low-pressure service in mildly corrosive or moderate-corrosion environments where stainless and other CRA bodies are warranted.

Gate valves to API 6D for pipeline transmission and gathering service, typically through-conduit slab-gate designs that give a smooth, full-bore path for pigging.

Parallel-seat gate valves using a one-piece slab gate that fully clears or blocks the bore, providing an unobstructed conduit when open. Favored on pipelines, manifolds, and pigging lines where a clean full bore is required.

Specialty gate valves providing two isolating seats with a bleed port between them for positive isolation, or a bellows stem seal that contains the stem with a welded barrier to eliminate stem-packing leakage in critical service.
