Al-Majal Technical Services (AMTS) is a 100% Iraqi registered and owned subsidiary of Al Majal, established in 2014 to provide comprehensive repair, maintenance, and engineering services to national and international companies in the energy sector in Iraq. AMTS operates state-of-the-art facilities at Al Majal Business Park in North Rumaila, Basra, with 14,000 m2 of workshops, 12,000+ m2 of yards, and 3,000+ m2 of warehouses. The company employs over 300 full-time staff plus 100+ project-based teams across its operations. AMTS provides API 6A and 16A machine shop services for pressure control equipment, API 5CT and 7-1 tubular and OCTG services, rotating equipment repair and maintenance, valve services, welding and fabrication, and field services. The company holds authorizations from Tenaris, Voestalpine, JFE, NOV, Sulzer, Emerson, and Score as an authorized repair and service facility.
