ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Roman is a Romanian seamless steel pipe manufacturer located in Roman, Neamt County, with over 65 years of manufacturing experience. The mill produces seamless pipes with diameters ranging from 6 inch to 16 inch and wall thicknesses from 6.3 to 32 mm. The plant manufactures line pipes (API 5L), OCTG casing and tubing (API 5CT), pressure pipes, structural pipes, sour service and offshore pipes in compliance with API, ISO 3183, EN 10216, EN 10210 and ASTM standards. In October 2024 the mill was certified as hydrogen-ready (ASME B31.12 Option B) by Bureau Veritas, capable of transporting up to 100% pure hydrogen at 45 bar for API 5L B/X42 and X52 grades. The facility is part of ArcelorMittal Tubular Products, ArcelorMittal's global tubular business, and serves European, Middle Eastern and North American pipeline and energy markets.
