Seamless Steel Pipes

Hot-finished seamless pipe in carbon and carbon-manganese grades used for line pipe, structural, and general high-pressure service. Common specifications are ASTM A106 (high-temperature service), ASTM A53, and API 5L.

Seamless pipe manufactured to API 5CT for downhole use as casing (lining the wellbore) and tubing (production conduit), supplied in grades such as J55, N80, L80, P110, and Q125 with API threaded couplings or premium connections.

Austenitic and other stainless seamless pipe for corrosive and sour service, typically to ASTM A312 (e.g., TP304/304L, TP316/316L) where chloride or H2S resistance is required over plain carbon steel.

Cold-drawn or hot-finished seamless tube for heat-transfer service in refineries and process plants, supplied to tight diameter and wall tolerances under ASTM A179, A192, or A213.

Small-diameter, tight-tolerance seamless tube for hydraulic and pneumatic control, gauge, and chemical-injection lines, typically stainless to ASTM A269 for use with compression (instrument) fittings.

Short seamless tubular components used to join or terminate pipe runs, including API 5CT couplings for casing and tubing strings and threaded seamless nipples for piping connections.
