Bear Coil operates a fleet of NOV Hydra Rig coiled tubing units with custom-designed tapered strings capable of servicing wells up to 8,900 meters deep. The company is North America's only operator that owns and runs its own coiled tubing inspection equipment for on-land applications, using electromagnetic inspection technology to identify corrosion pitting, spooling damage, and mechanical damage in real time during live well operations. Bear Coil serves the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin with a focus on the Duvernay, Montney, and Cardium formations.
