Nitrogen Equipment

Triplex or quintuplex high-pressure pumps that draw liquid nitrogen from a cryogenic tank, boost it to pressure, and pass it through a vaporizer to deliver high-pressure nitrogen gas downhole. They are the core unit for coiled tubing, well unloading, and underbalanced operations.

Insulated cryogenic tanks, trailers, and skids that hold and transport liquid nitrogen at low temperature to the wellsite. They feed the pumping unit and provide on-location storage between treatments.

On-site generation packages that separate nitrogen from compressed atmospheric air using pressure swing adsorption or membrane modules, eliminating cryogenic supply logistics. Often containerized and paired with air compressors as a complete generation system.

Pumping units that use a direct-fired heater or burner to vaporize liquid nitrogen, providing high heat input for sustained high-rate gas delivery. Suited to operations requiring large, continuous nitrogen volumes.

Heat exchangers that convert liquid nitrogen to gas, using engine waste heat (heat-recovery type) or ambient air (atmospheric type) as the heat source. Sized to match the pump's flow rate and required discharge temperature.

Compressed-air supply skids ('air packages') that feed PSA and membrane generators or provide service air. Boosters raise generated nitrogen to the discharge pressure needed for the application.

Integrated mobile packages combining storage, pumping, vaporization, and controls on a single trailer or in an ISO container for rapid field deployment. Configured for road or offshore-zone transport.
