Cladtek do Brasil is the Brazilian subsidiary of Cladtek International, a global leader in Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) solutions. Founded in 2005, Cladtek specializes in innovative processes and technology for Mechanically Lined Pipe (MLP) and weld overlay cladding. The Brazil facility is located in the Santa Cruz Industrial District of Rio de Janeiro, with a 19,000 m² covered manufacturing area and a 123,000 m² open laydown and storage area. The facility manufactures mechanically lined pipes, weld overlay clad pipes, fittings, flanges, and performs induction bending. Cladtek employs over 850 local workers in Brazil and serves the pre-salt oil and gas sector as well as geothermal, CCUS, and hydrogen storage markets. Globally, Cladtek has over 2,000 employees across facilities in Indonesia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and offices in Singapore and Australia.
