Evoqua Water Technologies provides mission-critical water and wastewater treatment solutions for industrial, municipal, and recreational applications. Founded in 2013 as a standalone entity from Siemens Water Technologies, the company carries over 100 years of water treatment heritage. Evoqua offers filtration systems, clarifiers and separators, disinfection systems, electrochemical treatment, high-purity water systems, carbon and ion exchange services, membrane systems, and mobile treatment units. The company serves oil and gas operators with produced water treatment, downstream process water, and industrial wastewater solutions. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Evoqua operates more than 170 facilities across eight countries with approximately 4,500 employees. In May 2023, Xylem Inc. completed its acquisition of Evoqua in a $7.5 billion all-stock transaction, creating the largest pure-play water technology company globally.
