Haicheng Liaohe Large-Scale Steel Tube Co., Ltd. (海城辽河大型钢管有限公司) was established in 2002 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and a factory area of 100,000 square meters. Located in the Tiexi Economic Development Zone of Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, the company specializes in manufacturing spiral submerged arc welded (SSAW) steel pipe, pre-insulated pipe, steel-plastic composite pipe, and three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anticorrosive pipe. The facility operates six spiral steel pipe production lines producing DN219 to DN4020 pipe with wall thicknesses of 5-32mm, with an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons. The company employs 356 staff including 52 mid- and senior-level technicians. Products are manufactured to GB/T9711, SY/T5037, and API 5L standards and are used in petroleum, natural gas, thermal pipe networks, chemical, and municipal infrastructure projects. Haicheng Liaohe sources raw materials from major Chinese steel producers including Angang, Bengang, and Tangshan Steel, and exports to Saudi Arabia, Russia, Myanmar, and Iran.
