Hunan Shengli Xianggang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., established in November 2011 with a registered capital of 464 million yuan (RMB 500M), is a subsidiary of the Shengguan Group (HKEX: 01080.HK) and is located in the High-tech District of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, covering 47 hectares. The company operates one of China's most advanced SAWL (Submerged Arc Welded Longitudinal) pipe production lines capable of producing 508-1422mm diameter pipes with wall thickness up to 60mm and steel grade up to X120, with 400,000 tons/year capacity. Additionally, two SAWH (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) pipe production lines produce 325-1422mm pipes with 300,000 tons/year capacity. Anti-corrosion facilities include external coating and internal lining lines covering up to 2.4 million square meters annually. Hunan Shengli holds API 2B, API 5L, and API 5LD certifications and has supplied pipe for major national and international pipeline projects.
