Lanzhou Lanshi Group (LS Group) is a state-owned enterprise founded in 1953 as part of China's First Five-Year Plan, headquartered in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. It is China's largest production base for oil drilling and production machinery and petrochemical processing equipment. LS Group manufactures land and offshore drilling rigs (1,000m to 12,000m depth), mud pumps, pumping units, rig components, fracturing trucks, solids control systems, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers. With over 8,000 employees across three production bases, the company holds API, ASME, ISO, and NBBI certifications. LS Group's domestic drilling rig market share once exceeded 90%, and the company has generated annual sales revenue surpassing 30 billion yuan. Its petroleum equipment subsidiary LSPE was formerly a joint venture with National Oilwell before being reorganized as a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2013.
