Pressure Vessels

Vessels that separate produced fluids into oil, gas, and water phases by gravity and momentum. Free-water knockouts (FWKOs) drop out bulk water ahead of further treating; two- and three-phase separators split gas from liquids and oil from water.

Fired or indirect-heat vessels that warm the production stream to break oil-water emulsions and prevent hydrate or paraffin formation. Heater-treaters combine heating, settling, and separation; line heaters warm flowing gas or liquid across a process choke.

Horizontal cylindrical pressure vessels (bullets) used to store LPG, NGLs, and other volatile liquids under pressure. Includes stationary site bullets and transport-mounted LPG tank-truck vessels.

Thick-walled vessels for high working pressures, often built to ASME Section VIII Division 2. Used where shell thickness and design pressure exceed the practical range of standard production vessels.

Vessels fabricated from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, GRP, or filament-wound composite for corrosion resistance and reduced weight. Suited to corrosive fluids, produced water, and chemical service where steel would corrode.

Vessels or vessel sections made from forged carbon or alloy steel rather than rolled-and-welded plate, providing seamless, high-integrity construction for severe pressure and temperature duty.

The formed end closures (ellipsoidal, hemispherical, torispherical/flanged-and-dished) and shell sections, nozzles, manways, and supports that make up a pressure vessel, supplied as parts or replacements.

Pre-engineered skid packages that combine pressure vessels with metering, valves, and instrumentation to measure and condition production or sales streams, including multi-well measurement assemblies.
