Engineered Process & Production Skids/Packages

Skid-mounted two- and three-phase separators, free-water knockouts, and slug catchers that split produced wellstream into oil, gas, and water phases. Mechanical separation vessel design follows ASME Section VIII and sizing practice references API 12J.

Compact wellsite production and well-test skids combining a separator with metering and controls to measure individual well rates and route fluids to gathering. Vessel design follows ASME Section VIII.

Auxiliary packages such as instrument air, fuel gas conditioning, and PLC/control panels that support a facility's process skids with conditioned utilities and automation.
