Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids
Packaged, skid-mounted assemblies combining filtration, separation, pressure regulation, and heating to deliver clean, dry, pressure-controlled fuel gas to engines, compressors, or generators. Built to ASME pressure-piping and vessel codes for fixed installation at a facility.
Field Gas Conditioning Packages
Skid-mounted systems that treat wellhead or gathering gas to remove free liquids, solids, and water so the stream can be metered, compressed, or sent to a pipeline. Often combined with separation and dehydration in remote field locations.
Gas Conditioning Trailers / ESD Trailers
Mobile, trailer-mounted conditioning packages used for temporary or rental field service, often including emergency shutdown (ESD) capability. Used where fuel gas is needed before permanent infrastructure is in place, such as on drilling or completion sites.
Joule-Thomson (JT) Skids
Packages that use controlled pressure reduction across a throttling valve to cool the gas and condense heavier hydrocarbons for hydrocarbon dew point control and NGL recovery. Typically paired with a separator and gas-to-gas heat exchanger.
Fuel Gas Heaters and Preheaters
Indirect or electric heaters that raise gas temperature ahead of pressure letdown to keep it above its dew point and prevent hydrate and condensate formation. Also marketed as natural gas preheaters or hydrate-prevention heaters.
Desiccant Air Dryers
Adsorption dryers that pass compressed air or gas through beds of solid desiccant such as activated alumina or molecular sieve to achieve very low dew points. Beds are regenerated by heat, purge gas, or pressure swing.
Pressure Regulation Skids
Regulator and metering assemblies that reduce high wellhead or sales-line pressure to the stable supply pressure required by the fuel-consuming equipment. Often staged with multiple regulators to manage large pressure drops and limit Joule-Thomson cooling.
Filtration and Coalescing Separators
Filter-separator and coalescing vessels that remove entrained liquids, condensate aerosols, and particulates from the fuel gas stream. They protect downstream regulators, injectors, and engine fuel systems from fouling and liquid slugs.
Refrigerated Air Dryers
Dryers that chill compressed air to condense and drain water vapor, then reheat the air, holding the pressure dew point typically near 3 to 10 degrees Celsius. Used where moderate dryness is acceptable for plant and instrument air.
Dual-Fuel and Engine Conversion Systems
Kits and controls that adapt diesel engines to run on a blend of natural gas and diesel, or convert engines to dedicated natural gas operation. Used to displace diesel with cheaper or stranded field gas on drilling rigs and pumping equipment.
Heat-of-Compression Dryers
Regenerative desiccant dryers that reuse the heat already present in hot air leaving an oil-free compressor to regenerate the desiccant bed, eliminating external heaters and most purge loss. Suited to high-flow, continuous-duty service.
Gas Treating Units
Systems that remove acid gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, or other contaminants, using solvents, scavengers, or membranes. Bring the gas into specification for corrosion control and sales-gas heating value.
Fuel Gas Boosting / Compression Packages
Compressor packages that raise low-pressure field or wellhead gas to the inlet pressure required by engines, turbines, or downstream conditioning. Used where available gas pressure is below the fuel device's minimum supply requirement.
LNG Vaporization and Boil-Off Gas Recovery Equipment
Vaporizers that re-gasify liquefied natural gas using ambient air, water bath, or fired heaters, and recovery packages that capture and recompress boil-off gas from storage tanks. Used to return cold vapor to fuel or sendout service.
CNG, Propane, and Autogas Dispensing Equipment
Compression, storage, and dispensing equipment for compressed natural gas (CNG), propane (LPG), and autogas fleet fueling. Supports on-site vehicle and equipment fueling using natural gas or propane as a fuel substitute.
