Osborne Engineering LLC is the UAE subsidiary of the OEL Group, an international engineering services company founded in 1984 in the United Kingdom. The group specializes in white metal bearing manufacture and repair, gas turbine fuel system overhaul and testing, condition monitoring services, flexible coupling design, and technical training. Operating from six facilities across the UK, UAE, Poland, USA (Houston), and Malaysia, OEL serves the oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical, and marine industries on five continents. The company holds ISO 9001 certification and is an approved service center for Roper Pumps and JASC fuel systems. OEL was among the first UK engineering firms to achieve ISO 9000 certification in 1986. Their condition monitoring division provides vibration analysis, laser shaft alignment, thermal imaging, and remote monitoring for rotating equipment. The training division offers NEBOSH and IOSH accredited safety courses alongside specialized gas turbine and mechanical maintenance programs.
