Instruction in safe slinging, rigging, signaling, and crane and load-handling practices for rig and yard operations. Often delivered regionally to meet local lifting-operation regulations, including in the UAE and broader Gulf markets.

Competency development using drilling simulators and control consoles that replicate rig systems and well events in real time. Used for driller, derrickman, and operator training where live practice would be unsafe or costly.

Specialized courses in subsurface and engineering topics such as petrophysics, fracture and frac design, and reservoir and completions engineering. Builds the analytical skills used by E&P technical staff.

Application-focused training on engineering and control software, including frac design software, LabVIEW, and industrial automation and control systems. Prepares engineers and technicians to operate, configure, and troubleshoot these tools.

Operator-level instruction on specific assets and processes, such as gas turbine operation and maintenance and production chemical handling and application. Aligns operators with manufacturer and process requirements.

Standardized basic safety orientation and contractor screening programs that establish baseline competency before site access. Includes SafeLand orientation and DART/DISA-style records used to verify field credentials.
