Palladio Industries Inc. is a water-soluble polymer manufacturer headquartered in Temple, Texas, founded in 2021 as a spinoff from the 3F Chimica Group (established 1984 by the Toniolo family in Italy). The company produces friction reducers, high-viscosity friction reducers (HVFR), flocculants, viscosifiers, shale inhibitors, scale inhibitors, fluid loss control agents, cementing additives, surfactants, coagulants, defoamers, rheology controllers, lubricants, thinners/dispersants, and oil-water separators. Palladio holds a patented (2016) non-GMO bio-catalyst process for producing bio-acrylamide monomer, claiming to be the only polymer producer controlling all stages from raw materials to finished product. The Temple facility features a fully automated plant with a private rail spur, and recent expansions include a second biocatalyst line (2024), new tank farm (2024), and emulsion polymer production line (2025). Applications span oilfield stimulation, drilling and cementing, production, EOR, wastewater management, mining, and municipal/industrial water treatment.
