TAQA (The Industrialization & Energy Services Company) is a Saudi joint stock company established by Ministerial Decree in 2003, headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The company provides integrated well services across more than twelve service lines including primary cementing, remedial cementing, coiled tubing, well testing, wireline, completions, drilling solutions, plug & abandonment, inspection, H2S & safety, and early production facilities. TAQA employs over 5,500 personnel from 76 nationalities operating across 20 countries. The Saudi government's Public Investment Fund holds a 45% stake. TAQA traces its heritage through predecessor companies Arabian Drilling and ARGAS spanning more than 55 years. The company operates a Product Development Centre in Dammam for advanced technology development, including cementing laboratory services established in 2019. TAQA is the majority shareholder of Arabian Drilling Company. Strategic acquisitions include Tendeka (UK, well completions), AlMansoori Petroleum Services (2023), Cougar Drilling Solutions, and OPT Oilfield Chemicals.
