Tools International Corporation is one of the fastest growing manufacturers of slickline wireline tools in the industry, founded in 1974 in Lafayette, Louisiana by Elmer Brown and Jack Villagomez who brought 60 years of combined wireline tool manufacturing experience. The company provides a complete line of slickline tools for on and offshore oilfield operations globally, including locking mandrels (B, C, D, M, S/T, W, TICR, TICX series), testing equipment (N/Q test tools, TICX selective test tools), plug assemblies (C, D, TICFSG, TICPR/TICPX plugs), packoff assemblies, surface equipment, tool string equipment (rope sockets, stems, jars, swivels), bailers (sand, sample, hydrostatic), and shifting/running/pulling tools. Licensed to monogram subsurface safety valve lock mandrels under API-14L specification since 1989. The company maintains a well-established API Q1 compliant quality system with each tool inspected by three different people before shipping. Current ownership since 2010 includes John Boulanger (Director of Manufacturing), Shelley Pearson Breaud (Director of Administration), and Dodd Foreman (Director of Operations). Tools International supplies Bethlehem and Canline wirelines manufactured by Greening Donald, supplied weld-free and 100% nondestructively tested to DIN 50049 3.1.b standards. The majority of employees have 15+ years tenure with the company.
