United Vision Logistics (UVL) is a transportation and logistics company headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, formed in 2010 through the consolidation of four legacy carriers: Texas Hot Shot (est. 1947), Ace Transportation (est. 1982), Dynasty Transportation (est. 1985), and Venture Transportation Logistics (est. 1987). The company operates 66+ active terminals across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. UVL provides truckload, flatbed, specialized, and LTL transportation services alongside freight brokerage through a network of 25,000+ independent carriers. The company serves multiple industries with a strong focus on energy exploration and production, oilfield services, and energy engineering and construction. Project management capabilities include rig moving, heavy-haul/over-dimensional loads, pipe yard management, and plug and abandonment logistics. UVL uses McLeod Software TMS, Motive ELD, and a proprietary Vision 2020 mobile application for fleet management and load tracking. The company is owned by Blue Stem Equity, which acquired UVL in 2022.
