Product Families
Side Pocket Mandrels
Mandrels with an eccentric pocket offset from the tubing bore that holds a wireline-retrievable gas lift valve, allowing the valve to be installed or replaced by kickover tool without pulling the tubing.
Conventional Gas Lift Mandrels
Mandrels in which the gas lift valve is threaded externally into the mandrel body, so changing the valve requires pulling the tubing string.
Single-Pocket Mandrels
Side pocket mandrels with one pocket per joint, used for standard single-string gas lift installations where one valve is set at each injection depth.
Dual / Multi-Pocket Mandrels
Mandrels carrying two or more pockets in a single body, used in dual completions or where multiple valve or instrument functions must be set at the same depth.
Orienting Side Pocket Mandrels
Side pocket mandrels with an internal orienting profile that guides the kickover tool to the pocket in deviated or horizontal wellbores where gravity alone will not align the tool.
Dummy Valve and Plug-Equipped Mandrels
Mandrels fitted with a dummy valve or check device in the pocket to blank off the port for pressure testing, circulation control, or until a live gas lift valve is installed.
Chemical Injection / Instrument Mandrels
Side pocket mandrels configured to carry a chemical injection or monitoring device rather than a gas lift valve, providing a wireline-serviceable port for fluid injection or downhole measurement.
Corrosion-Resistant Alloy (CRA) Mandrels
Mandrels manufactured from or clad with corrosion-resistant alloys for service in sour (H2S/CO2) or high-chloride environments where carbon steel would fail.
