Downhole Reciprocating Piston Pumps
Hydraulically driven downhole pumps in which a power-fluid-powered engine piston reciprocates a coupled production plunger to displace wellbore fluid. They handle deep and high-volume wells and are commonly run in free or fixed (parallel/casing-free) configurations.
Downhole Jet (Venturi) Pumps
Pumps that accelerate high-pressure power fluid through a nozzle and throat to create a low-pressure zone that draws in and entrains produced fluid by the venturi effect. With no moving parts downhole, they tolerate gas, sand, and corrosive fluids and are well suited to deviated wells.
Surface Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) and Power Packs
Skid- or trailer-mounted assemblies combining a prime mover, reservoir, filtration, and a high-pressure power-fluid pump to supply and circulate pressurized fluid to the wellhead. Power packs are compact, self-contained HPUs for single-well or portable service.
Piston (Plunger) Power-Fluid Pumps
Surface positive-displacement reciprocating pumps that generate the high pressures required to drive downhole hydraulic lift units. They deliver high pressure at moderate flow and are selected for deep-well power-fluid duty.
Gear Pumps
Positive-displacement rotary pumps using meshing gears to move hydraulic fluid at fixed displacement. They are simple, compact, and used in surface HPUs and auxiliary hydraulic circuits for charging, lubrication, and lower-pressure service.
Vane Pumps
Rotary positive-displacement pumps using sliding vanes in a slotted rotor to displace fluid, available in fixed and variable-displacement forms. They run quietly at moderate pressures and are used in surface hydraulic power circuits.
Variable- and Fixed-Displacement Axial Piston Pumps
Rotary piston pumps that move fluid via reciprocating pistons in a rotating cylinder block; variable-displacement units adjust output via a swashplate while fixed-displacement units deliver constant flow per revolution. They provide high pressure and efficiency in surface hydraulic systems.
Hydraulic Motors and Drive Components
Rotary actuators that convert hydraulic fluid pressure and flow into mechanical torque, used to drive surface auxiliaries and pump charging systems within the power-fluid circuit. They are the rotary complement to the pumps in a closed hydraulic system.
