Ball-and-Seat Valve Assemblies
Matched sets of a precision-lapped ball and seat that form the sealing check element of the traveling valve. They are paired by material and bore size to the pump's plunger and tubing dimensions.
Valve Cages
The housing that retains the ball and seat and routes flow while limiting ball travel. Open cages, closed (insert) cages, and guided cages are selected for solids handling and ball-control requirements.
Carbide (Tungsten Carbide) Valves
Ball-and-seat sets made from cemented tungsten carbide for abrasive, sandy, or high-rate service where chrome or steel components would wear quickly. They offer high hardness and erosion resistance.
Cobalt-Alloy and Stainless Valves
Ball-and-seat sets in cobalt-based hardfacing alloys or stainless grades for corrosive fluids containing H2S, CO2, or chlorides. Material class is matched to the well's corrosion environment.
Soft-Seat / Two-Piece Valves
Valve assemblies that pair a ball with a resilient or composite seat insert to improve seal-off against gas or in low-fluid-load conditions. Used where rigid metal-to-metal seating leaks under light loads.
Magnetic and Anti-Hammer Valves
Traveling valves with features such as magnetic seating aids or geometry that reduces valve slap and pound. They improve seating response and reduce fluid pound in gassy or fast-cycling wells.
Plunger Valve Sub-Assemblies
Pre-built traveling-valve subs (pull tubes, valve rods, and cage stacks) that thread directly to the pump plunger. They standardize field replacement of the traveling valve as a unit.
