Wide-Flange Beams and H-Sections
Hot-rolled I-shaped and H-shaped members (W, H, and S profiles) used as beams, columns, and girders in rig substructures, platform decks, and pipe-rack framing. Selected by section depth, weight per foot, and steel grade for the required load and span.
Hollow Structural Sections (HSS)
Square, rectangular, and round closed steel tubes used for bracing, columns, and truss members where high torsional resistance and clean appearance are needed. Fabricated by cutting, coping, and welding to connection plates or directly to adjoining members.
Structural and Foundation Pipe / Piling
Large-diameter line pipe and structural pipe used as driven or drilled foundation piles, conductor casings, and platform legs. Supplied in plain-end or beveled sections and often field-spliced by welding for offshore jackets and onshore foundations.
Plate Fabrication and Built-Up Members
Components cut and welded from steel plate, including plate girders, base plates, gusset and connection plates, and offshore deck plate. Used where standard rolled sections cannot meet the required dimensions or strength.
Offshore Structures (Jackets and Topsides)
Tubular space-frame jackets, decks, and topside modules fabricated for fixed offshore platforms. Built to API and ISO offshore standards with stringent weld inspection and dimensional control for sea transport and installation.
Equipment Skids and Modular Packages
Steel base frames and structural modules that support and transport process equipment, pumps, compressors, and drilling packages as pre-assembled units. Fabricated to allow lifting, skidding, and integration at site with minimal field welding.
Stainless and Alloy Structural Fabrication
Structural members fabricated from stainless and corrosion-resistant alloy grades for splash-zone, cryogenic, or corrosive-service applications. Requires controlled welding procedures and segregation from carbon steel to prevent contamination.
High-Strength Bolted Connection Assemblies
Hardware sets used to make field and shop connections in structural frames, including high-strength bolts, nuts, and washers installed to specified pretension. Used as an alternative or complement to welded connections for erection joints.
