Hengshui Jinghua Steel Pipe Co., Ltd (衡水京华制管有限公司) was established in 1993 and is a subsidiary of the Jinghua Nippon Steel Holdings Group. The company is headquartered in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China, on a 500+ acre campus with registered capital of 500 million CNY. JingHua operates an integrated steel pipe manufacturing platform covering R&D, design, production, sales, and service, with annual production capacity of 1.8 million tons. The company produces two flagship brands — 'Jinghua' (京华, designated a China Famous Trademark) and 'Huaqi' (华岐) — spanning welded steel pipes, hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, SSAW spiral submerged arc welded pipes, oil pipeline steel pipes, oil casing (API 5CT), line pipe (API 5L), anti-corrosion pipes (FBE/3PE), and steel-plastic composite pipes. Products are manufactured to Chinese, American (API), British, Japanese, German, and industry-specific standards in steel grades L245 through L555 (Grade A to X80). JingHua holds API 5CT and API 5L monogram licenses, API Spec Q1 quality management certification, and special equipment manufacturing Class A permit from China's State Administration for Market Regulation. The company is a Tier 1 approved supplier to CNPC and Sinopec, and supplies major utilities including China Resources Gas, Towngas, Beijing Gas, and State Grid Corporation.
