International Pipe Industry Co. (IPIC)

International Pipe Industry Co. (IPIC) was incorporated and registered in Egypt in January 2001 under the Egyptian Private Free Zone Law No. 8 of 1997. The company specializes in manufacturing large diameter Submerged Arc Welded Longitudinal (SAWL) pipes from 16 inches to 60 inches outside diameter, conforming to API 5L specifications up to grade X-80. IPIC's factory is strategically located on the main road between Port Said and Damietta ports, enabling efficient export to European, African, and Asian markets. The facility has an annual production capacity of 150,000 to 250,000 tons, with daily output of 160 pipes. IPIC serves major oil and gas companies including Saudi Aramco, Shell, BP, Eni, Apache, ADNOC, and numerous Egyptian petroleum companies (GUPCO, Petrobel, Rashpetco, Gasco, ENPPI). The company has authorized capital of $200 million USD with $40.8 million paid-up capital.
