JMR Services is the largest pure-play plugging and abandonment (P&A) service provider in the United States, headquartered in Midland, Texas. Founded in May 2015 by James (Jimmy) Roark and M. Lee Roark, JMR launched its first plugging spread in January 2017 and has grown rapidly through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. The company merged with A-Plus P&A LLC and acquired BCM & Associates Inc. in May 2024, and previously acquired Rattler Industries/Rattler Services in November 2023. JMR now operates 34 full-service P&A packages across the Permian, Denver-Julesburg, and San Juan Basins with a combined annual revenue run-rate of approximately $100 million. Services include well plugging and abandonment, wellsite decommissioning, reclamation and restoration, fishing and pipe recovery, and rental tools. JMR retains all equipment and crews in-house, maintaining direct control over quality and safety on every project.
