LLP Kaskor-Mashzavod

LLP Kaskor-Mashzavod is one of the leading machine-building enterprises in the Mangistau region of Kazakhstan, producing oilfield and chemical equipment for the oil and gas sector. Originally built in 1985 as a Novosibirsk branch producing metal formwork, the plant was reorganized in 1990 and pivoted to oil and gas equipment manufacturing in 1998. The company produces casing, tubing and drill pipes (API Spec 5CT, 5B), wellhead heaters, line heaters, furnace coils, manifold units, water heating installations, storage tanks, metal containers, circulating systems, and various metal structures. The plant also provides threading and gauging services, EXPE pipe coating, non-destructive testing (NDT), mechanical processing, and painting services. Certified to API Spec Q1, API Spec 5CT, ISO 9001:2015, and holds ASME U Stamp. Located in the Industrial Zone of Aktau, Mangystau Region. The Technical Director Yergaliev Zhumali Zhazimbayevich holds patents for the wellhead heater design.
