Oilfields Supply Center Ltd (OSC) is a Dubai Government company established in 1962, originally in Port Rashid. With over 60 years of experience, OSC is the region's premier oil and gas trade enabler, operating as a unique client-focused upstream services provider and manufacturer of quality products for the oil, gas, energy, and process industries. The company is headquartered in Jebel Ali, Dubai, with over 1 million sq ft of land and 200,000 sq ft of specialized manufacturing capacity. OSC operates through multiple subsidiary companies including OSC-SIML (manufacturing joint venture formed 2003 with Smith International, now 100% OSC subsidiary operating from 80,000 sq ft facilities in Dubai Industrial Park), Smith International Gulf Services (est. 1974, now 100% subsidiary), Christensen Gulf Services (JV with Baker Hughes est. 1976, now 100% subsidiary), MI Gulf Services (est. 1977, now 100% subsidiary), and Oilfields Supply Company Saudi. OSC-SIML manufactures completions equipment (liner hangers, liner packers, cement bypass manifolds, packers), drilling jars, shock tools, sidetracking tools (whipstocks, mills, anchors), and reamers/underreamers. OSC also operates LOSC, a common user supply base in Johor, Malaysia. The company holds API certifications including API 7-1, 7-2, Q1, 5B, and 5CT, along with ISO certifications.
