Pipeline & Process Services (PPS) is a division of Halliburton operating within the Production segment, providing precommissioning, commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning services for pipeline and process assets globally. The division serves midstream and downstream sectors across onshore, offshore, deepwater, and remote environments. With over 50 years of experience, PPS has pioneered pipeline technology milestones including the first unmanned deepwater pipeline hydrotest operation and precommissioning of pipelines at depths exceeding 2,700 meters. Core capabilities include pigging services, industrial cleaning, integrity management, diagnostics via the InnerVue diagnostic platform, subsea operations with the Phorcys autonomous pumping unit, and the Sure family of specialty pipeline chemicals. The division traces part of its lineage to PSL Energy Services Limited, acquired by Halliburton in 2007. PPS operates from facilities in Houston, Texas and Aberdeen, Scotland, with project execution capability worldwide.
