TUBACERO is a 100% Mexican company founded in 1943 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and is one of Latin America's largest manufacturers of carbon steel pipe. The company produces ERW (Electric Resistance Welded), SAWL (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded), and SAWH (Helical Submerged Arc Welded) pipe in diameters ranging from 6-5/8 inches to 150 inches, with wall thicknesses up to 2.5 inches and API grades up to X-100. With 7 manufacturing plants strategically distributed across Mexico and an annual installed capacity exceeding 1,000,000 metric tons, Tubacero serves the oil and gas, hydraulic, electric power, mining, and construction industries. The company holds multiple API certifications including 2B, 5CT, 5L, and Q1, and its laboratories are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. Tubacero specializes in line pipe for sour and non-sour hydrocarbon service, casing pipe with premium quick-thread connectors, offshore platform structural pipe, and external pipe coating systems. The company is controlled by Mexican state-owned development bank Nacional Financiera (NAFIN).
