Welded Tube of Canada

Founded in 1970, Welded Tube of Canada is a diversified steel pipe and tube producer headquartered in Concord, Ontario, Canada. The company is the largest independent OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) producer in Canada, with an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons across five manufacturing and finishing facilities in Canada and the United States. Welded Tube operates three divisions: Energy Tubulars (OCTG), ERW Mechanical, and HSS (Hollow Structural Sections). The Energy Tubulars division produces API casing in sizes 4.500 to 9.625 inches, including heat-treated grades (H40, J55, N80Q, L80, HCL80, P110, HCP110) and proprietary grades. Threading capabilities include standard API connections (LTC, BTC, STC) and semi-premium connections from GB Connections and Hunting International. The Welland facility features a state-of-the-art heat treat and threading operation commissioned in 2010 with 170,000 tons/year capacity. Welded Tube was the first ERW tube producer in North America registered to ISO 9001.
